Etymology[]

  • The name Hina means "light, sun, male" (陽) (hi) and "name, noted, distinguished, reputation" (名) (na), which translate to "positive name" altogether.
  • Hina's surname Amari means "heaven/heavenly, sky, imperial" (天) (ama) and "benefit, advantage" (利) (ri).

Trivia[]

  • Her favorite book is one of Tsubasa Torii's works entitled, Dancing Big Justice. Farewell forever, dear Cactus Detective.
  • She can not throw things away which is why an "avalanche of things" often occurs in her room. As Torii says during "The Third Great Disaster of Gashon," a cleaning drone crashed because of a direct hit by a shelf that slipped off. Taking turns, Torii and Naoto Kurata help Amari clean up on Yoshitoshi Waku's orders (who received a complaint from the Equipment Management Department).
  • Regarding another avalanche: her bed is buried beneath one, so she decides to sleep in Torii's room until the next cleaning day.
