Nicholas Wong (ニコラス·ウォン Nikorasu Uon) is the colonel of a regiment of military police who maintain order in Shambala Float. He is from Hong Kong and is involved in the crisis at Shambala Float. He is killed by Nobuchika Ginoza during the failed execution of Shinya Kogami and Akane Tsunemori.[1]
Appearance
Wong is a male of taller than average height and a slender, but fit build in his 20's. He has green eyes, long pin-straight black hair and a pale complexion. When working, he is typically seen wearing the official uniform of the law enforcement organization that he leads. When working with the Public Safety Bureau envoy, he is typically seen in alternate garb and a red beret.[1]
Personality
He appears to be a calm, rational individual who works with the PSB envoy sent to investigate the situation at Shambala Float. In reality, he is a cold-hearted killer. He supervised the illegal modification of the local operation of the Sibyl System. This enabled the local military personnel to be comprised with criminals like him and latent criminals. He had the intention of using the Sibyl System to his advantage and maintain control over the populace. Sibyl looked the other way as it needed Wong and its military police while sufficient infrastructures to support Sibyl's overseas operations were been built.[1]
